We ask all vendors bring their own table and chairs for their booth. While tents are not required, they are encouraged to help with both sun and potential weather concerns!

Pridefest with be a RAIN OR SHINE event! We ask all vendors and participants to prepare for possible weather conditions such as heat, rain, and light wind. If severe weather is found to be expected, the event may be canceled or moved to a more appropriate date.

If Pridefest has to be canceled completely, vendor fees submitted can be considered a donation to Pridefest Collaborative or refunded back to the vendor at their discretion.

There is on site free parking at Hampton Station with overflow parking available! However, it is always a good idea to ride together or consider ride share to help with any parking burden!

We will have several local food trucks/vendors on site at Pridefest for the crowd! While Pridefest is free and open to the public, food will need to be purchased from the vendors! This is a fantastic way to support their business and keep them active and supporting our local upstate community!
